Dance Yourself Happy, Feel Fitter & Stronger 

Fun, easy-to-follow Zumba classes for beginners, over-50s, and women returning to exercise. Move at your own pace and enjoy every step!

  • When: Mondays at 7:30 pm

  • Where: Hollins Community Centre, Hollins Lane, Bury, BL9 8AT

  • Class: Zumba & Tone  (light weights optional)

  • Price: £7 per class (cash or book in advance)​

Zumba & Tone

Get ready for a fun, feel-good workout that blends the party vibes of Zumba with the muscle-strengthening benefits of Zumba Toning!​ A regular Zumba class where we add light weights (or Zumba Toning sticks) for 3–4 Zumba songs to target specific muscle groups like your arms, abs, and thighs.

Weights are optional – join in with or without them, it’s totally up to you. Either way, you’ll leave feeling energised, stronger, and happy!​​

🎥Can’t make it to class? You can still dance, sweat, and smile with our on-demand Zumba library with over 100 recorded classes. No matter your mood, energy level, or schedule, there’s a class to suit you from quick 15-minute bursts to full 45-minute workouts.

💃 Zumba – High-energy, feel-good dance fitness to Latin & International beats
🌟 Zumba Gold – A gentler pace and low impact, perfect for beginners 
💪 Zumba Toning – Add light weights for extra strength and muscle definition
